Housing that keeps Fenway home.

Providing affordable housing opportunities in the Fenway
Fenway Forwardbuilds, preserves, and stewards affordable housing so the Fenway remains a place where people can live, grow, and stay rooted. For more than 50 years, we have delivered over 600 affordable homes, housing thousands of residents through thoughtful development, long-term ownership, and partnerships with trusted third-party property managers.
Today, we continue that work by protecting existing affordable housing and creating new mixed-income homes that meet the neighborhood’s changing needs. With recently completed rehabilitation projects and more than 140 new units currently in development, we collaborate closely with residents, private developers, and institutional partners to ensure housing in Fenway is stable, inclusive, and built for the future.

Affordable Housing Resources
Finding affordable housing can be complex; we’re here to help make it clearer. Fenway Forward connects residents to trusted tools and partners that support access to stable, affordable homes in Fenway and across Massachusetts.
